Peter Mitchell

Chief Legal Officer

Peter is the Chief Legal Officer of Novator, focusing on wealth planning, investment structuring, and commercial transactions.

Peter has extensive experience in cross-border wealth management structures and complex trust matters. At Novator, he provides strategic advice on commercial transactions and investment structuring. He sits on the board of the trustee company and looks after regulatory and tax filings.

Prior to joining Novator, he worked for Credit Suisse and UBS in their trust structuring group for UHNWI. Peter also has experience in private practice. He previously worked in the Tax and Wealth Management department of Baker McKenzie, advising on private client matters and complex transactions.

Before moving to Switzerland, Peter obtained an LL.M. in taxation from New York University and gained experience in litigation including commercial transactions, insurance coverage, and white-collar defense. When not working, Peter enjoys music, sports, and being outdoors in Switzerland.
