Beat Brägger

Strategic Financial Partner

Beat focuses on the financial management of Novator and oversees parts of the group’s investment portfolio. He joined Novator in 2023.

Before joining Novator, Beat was a Founding Partner at Piemontana, where he played a key role in building and successfully exiting a European dental group. His career also includes CFO positions at medium-sized enterprises and subsidiaries of international publicly listed corporations. Earlier, Beat was a management consultant at Bain & Company and held roles in wealth management and business banking at UBS.

Beat holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, a Master’s in International Management from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, and an MBA from INSEAD.

Outside of work, Beat enjoys spending time with his family and is a passionate ice hockey player.
